U saradnji sa crkvama i nevladinim organizacijama za pomoć ugroženima, grad Stokholm je otvorio skloništa za beskućnike koji neprimaju socijalnu pomoć. Ova skloništa su otvorena kada spoljna temperatura vazduha padne ispod -7°C. Kako bi ova informacija stigla do ljudi koji žive na ulici i do kojih je teško doću putem standardnog načina oglašavanja poruka, digitalni bilbordi na mestima gde se beskućnici kreću, kao što su Odenplan, T-Centralen, Medborgarplatsen i Stureplan, bilo je idealno rešenje. Učestalost prikazivanja poruka na display-ima zavisi od temperature.
Clear Channel je i ovaj put bio medijski partner i to sa razlogom. Kao jedna od najvećih svetskih oglašivačkih OOH kompanija, sa oko million display panela u preko 30 zemalja, svojim inovativnim OOH rešenjima daju agencijama mogućnost realizacije originalnih kreativnih ideja. Ovoga puta je tu mogućnost iskoristila agencija Prime Weber Shandwick.
Ovaj pilot projekat koji je pokrenut u Švedskoj bi mogao zaživeti i u ostalim gradovima gde medijska kuća ima bilborde.
